Peppermint Tea
Peppermint tea is a well know digestive encourager. Also, peppermint has relaxation qulities, and it is a well know and highly consumed tea type in the entire western hemisphere, both North America and Europe alike.
It is consumed after meals, to freshen breath, and its oils stimulate the flow of bile to the stomach and help relieve gas pains. Peppermint also sweetens the breath and calms the digestive system, plus it helps heartburn, stomach ache and nausea.
