Oolong Tea

 

Oolong Tea is famous throughout China and Asia alike. It is very popular and probably together with Green and Black tea, the most popular and most consumed tea type. Also, in Chinese restaurants worldwide one can order Oolong Tea. Oolong is made of Camellia sinensis, however, its oxidation process stands somewhere between  10 and 70 %, meaning between black and green tea. It also has a flavour somewhere between both of then, between old and floweriest and the grassy freshness of Green tea.
